white headphones == walking ad?

You can instantly tell if someone has an ipod if they're wearing the white headphones, so it's no surprise that there are a lot of people who don't want to wear the white ipod headphones around. Actually, I'm surprised that no other company has started making white headphones for their portable music players, I've seen grey ones around but not white ones. Almost makes it seem like Apple has a patent on it.
