Using Jigsaw Puzzles as Interview Puzzles

Research into behaviour while putting jigsaw puzzles together show that people fall into certain groups based on their leadership and teamworking skills. I think this would be a pretty useful test for HR people to hire the right people on their team, although it would be difficult for them to get people to act like themselves under hiring conditions.
