Will US Dollar Rise Again?

The US Dollar has been steadily decreasing against the currencies of the world, but the US government hasn't been quick (or hasn't even started) to react to this change. While the government doesn't seem too troubled, some people are worried that the decline in US Dollar will be difficult to reverse.
