Shaq Is the #1 Basketball Player of All Time?

Can it be argued the Shaq is better than MJ? I'm sure the arguments can go both ways or even to a third party (I hear Kobe is knocking), but here are some arguments to support the fact that Shaq is the best player ever in the NBA.
