The Seattle Freeze

Apparently in Seattle, there is a phenomenon called the Seattle freeze where people are nice but they don't really want to make friends. Hrmm, I don't know but I think there is a sort of freeze everywhere, you just don't have enough time to really get to know anyone anymore in the face paced environment called the world.
